We've created modules for a full 6+ months of coaching, with the purpose of guiding you to a place of full understanding of your weaknesses, along with a broad range of tools to navigate these obstacles and maintain your weight long term.
 
Module 1 - Foundations - Fat loss nutrition, goal setting, focus and mindset.
Module 2 - Calmness and Control - Learn how to take a step back and access more rational thinking. This is the gateway to a stronger mindset and more willpower.
Module 3 - Grit - It won't always be easy and we can't always do what we want. Willpower is a muscle that can be strengthened.
Module 4 - Self Care and Happiness - Another "trait" that is under our control, not bred into our DNA. Work on prioritising yourself and making your life happier and more enjoyable.
Module 5 - Mindset 1 - Understand your thoughts and feelings. Be challenged and challenge yourself for a different, stronger mindset.
Module 6 - Mindset 2 - Learn to accept and move on from destructive mindsets.
Module 7 - Sustainability - Plan how we combine these modules and deliver outstanding consistency.
