How does December normally go for you?
Typically (apart from last year when I lost 6kg doing CC) it's a black hole of mindless eating and boozing and getting fat and sad. Never doing that again, Consistent Christmas for life!!

What were the results of Consistent Christmas for you?
Even though I didn't lose, I am so chuffed with the results. I feel fantastic, and it's so good to not be starting January having to work extra hard to undo a load of mindless and pointless decisions from December!

What was the best thing about it?
I really loved the Advent challenges this year. Although I'm not really a big FB user normally, it was great to start the day with a positive mindset/refocusing on goals etc. The group was also very engaged, so I think everyone felt supported.

What are the three biggest results for you?
1. Reached my goal - starting January feeling as good as I did at the start of December
2. Absolutely no regrets. Didn't feel like I missed out on anything and had a really fun time.
3. Another step on my positive mindset ladder! It's great to have another December that is framed with good things and positive decisions rather than guilt and beating myself up!

How does December normally go for you?
A disaster, normally throw caution to the wind and go for it, this year planned treats over Christmas, I didn't use these treats in the end as had/have things on New Year so decided to wait, up until 31st Dec I didn't have any alcohol or rubbish. Starting back with January Challenge to get through the month. It's an amazing plan!


What were the results of Consistent Christmas for you?
Learning and managing that I don't need to eat mince pies, have wine, eat chocolates all month. Felt healthier for the month and didn't feel I was missing out as still had lovely dinners without a pudding each day!


What was the best thing about it?
Feeling better and slimmer in clothes and this impacted on mood too, much more energy.


What are the three biggest results for you?
1. Not gaining 7-10 lbs or more over December.
2. Focusing on good foods and following Sustain plan to keep the focus.
3. Wearing clothes I've not worn since 2017/2018.

How does December normally go for you?
I would normally have put on more weight than 1kg so very happy.

What were the results of Consistent Christmas for you?
More conscious eating so only a 1kg gain. Stuck to contract except a couple of days where there was more chocolate than planned. Hit steps but didn’t do weight training at home. Husband ill again and I really struggled to prioritise myself.

What was the best thing about it?
Enjoying food and wine without over doing it. Not gaining loads of weight.

Clear food choices
